How to register

Registration Process

If you are a new family wanting to register at one of our programs for the first time, please contact the appropriate centre first, to find out whether there is currently any space available. Contact information for all our programs can be found under our website's locations tab.

If you are interested in registering for the next school year, the centre director will be able to provide you with information about the time frames for that process. Generally speaking, registration opens to our existing families at the end of February, and to new families at the end of March.

After you have discussed the registration process with the appropriate centre director, please click on this link to download our registration package. If you are attending our TRIWOOD program, please use this version instead. We ask that you please fill out the package electronically before printing it out to sign. After you have filled it out, we recommend saving the pdf to your computer, in order to save yourself time when you renew your registration the following year. Once completed, return the registration package to the appropriate centre director, along with the following:

  • A $50 per family (not per child) non-refundable registration fee.
  • A $200 per family refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you in the event that you withdraw from the program with 30 days' written notice (you must email accounts@adventurers-sac.com to withdraw), along with any remaining cheques for the year.
  • A completed PAD agreement for automatic debit (preferred), or a set of cheques post-dated for each month of the current or upcoming school year, depending on the time at which you register. You will find pricing information on the last page of our registration package. Please make cheques payable to Adventurers School Age Care Ltd.

Please download and familiarize yourself with our parent handbook; it contains all of Adventurers' policies, which you are agreeing to abide by when you register your child(ren) in one of our programs. If you have any questions about the policies within the handbook, please contact either your Program Director or Adventurers' Director of Operations. If you are receiving or have applied to receive provincial subsidy, please fill out our subsidy agreement document and hand it in along with the registration package
