If you are a new family wanting to register at one of our programs for the current school year, please contact accounts@adventurers-sac.com first, to find out whether there is currently any space available. Be sure to indicate which school site/location you are interested in.
If you are interested in registering for a future school year, please note that registration opens towards the end of February for new families wanting to start in September. Please contact accounts@adventurers-sac.com starting in September one year prior to when you want your child to start, to be added to a list of interested persons. Once registration opens, you will be contacted with additional information. Note that we do not maintain waiting lists more than one year out.
After you have heard back from accounts confirming whether there is space in the program for your child, please click on this link to download our registration package. If you are attending our TRIWOOD program, please use this version instead. The registration form is a fillable pdf – please ensure every field is filled before saving the file and emailing it to accounts@adventurers-sac.com. We recommend retaining a copy of the form on your computer, to save yourself time when you renew your registration the following year. Once we receive your registration package, we will process:
Note that pre-authorized debit is the only form of payment that we accept. Complete pricing information is available at the end of the registration package.
Please download and familiarize yourself with our parent handbook; it contains all of Adventurers’ policies, which you are agreeing to abide by when you register your child(ren) in one of our programs. If you have any questions about the policies within the handbook, please contact either your Program Director or Adventurers’ Director of Operations. We invite you to also watch our online video orientation at the bottom of this page.
If you are receiving or have applied to receive provincial subsidy, please fill out our subsidy agreement document and submit it to accounts@adventurers-sac.com along with your registration package. If you have already received a letter of approval from the subsidy office, please also include a copy of that document. Note that we are not able to adjust your monthly fees until we receive a copy of the subsidy approval letter.
